V4B.ai is an end-to-end content production agency specializing in video and static content creation without physical shoots, using advanced CGI, VFX, and AI-powered production systems operated by an in-house team of post-production specialists.

Our services focus on structured production pipelines rather than prompt-based, self-service generative tools, enabling cinematic advertising, eCommerce visuals, and high-impact digital content from concept to final delivery.

2. Use of Website and Services

a. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into binding agreements to access or use this Website and our services.

b. Permitted Use

You agree to use the Website solely for lawful purposes and in compliance with these Terms.

  • Governed by separate proposals, quotations, or Statements of Work (“SOW”)
  • Subject to acceptance, defined scope, and availability

We reserve the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate services where misuse, breach of terms, or unlawful activity is reasonably suspected.

4. User Content & Submissions

a. Ownership

All content, scripts, assets, or materials submitted by you remain your intellectual property.

By submitting such materials, you grant V4B AI LLC a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use them solely for the purpose of providing the agreed services.

b. Responsibility

You are solely responsible for ensuring that all submitted content:

  • Is accurate and lawful
  • Does not infringe third-party rights
  • Complies with copyright, advertising, and consumer protection laws
  • Is free from illegal, discriminatory, or abusive material

 

5. AI-Generated Content

a. Licensing & Use

AI-assisted outputs, avatars, visual elements, and templates created by V4B AI LLC are licensed only as expressly defined in the applicable proposal or SOW, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Resale, redistribution, or sublicensing of proprietary templates, avatars, or workflows is prohibited without prior written consent.

b. Limitations

AI-assisted content may be generated using proprietary and third-party technologies.

Outputs may vary and require human review prior to publication or commercial use.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this Website, including text, graphics, branding, designs, AI models, workflows, code, and media, is owned by or licensed to V4B AI LLC.

No Website content may be copied, reproduced, modified, or distributed without prior written permission.

7. Payments & Fees

Fees, payment terms, and milestones are defined in the applicable proposal or SOW.

Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension of services, delayed delivery, or termination, without limiting other available legal remedies.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under applicable U.S. law:

  • V4B AI LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages
  • We are not liable for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities
  • We are not responsible for third-party platform actions, policy changes, or user misuse

Total liability shall not exceed the fees paid for the applicable services.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless V4B AI LLC, its affiliates, officers, employees, and contractors from claims, losses, damages, or expenses arising from:

  • Your misuse of the Website or services
  • Violation of these Terms
  • Infringement of intellectual property or third-party rights
  • Unlawful or misleading content supplied or approved by you

 

10. Termination

Termination does not affect accrued payment obligations or rights.
